REVELATION 21:5 And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.
2019 has dawned upon us!

As we face this new year let us remember that God made a promise to make all things new. My prayer and burden for this year is that may God make this a year of NEW THINGS! The former things will not be remembered. Let us therefore forget all those things which are behind. Let us not be stuck in the past but let us outlive the past! If we look in a rear-view mirror, we will wreck. Let us therefore reach forth to those things which are before. Let us press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.

Every new day that comes, every new week that comes, every new season that comes and every new year that comes is a constant reminder that one day God will make all things new! His mercies are new every morning. He gave new manna every day. As several believers in the Bible got new names, we also have been made new creatures in Christ. God gave us a New Testament. He also gave us a new message in this age. He will give us a new name and He will also have a new name.

We have a New Body waiting and a new Jerusalem to come down one of these good blessed days! John saw a new earth and a new heaven for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away. God shall wipe away all tears from our eyes and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away! “Behold, I make all things new!”
